1. Doorstep Verification
You can check the sealed condition and packaging of all items upon delivery. If any product is damaged or incorrect, hand it back to the rider without any penalty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and hygiene reasons, opened food packets, unsealed dairy products, and perishable goods cannot be returned once accepted.
3. Refund Processing
Online payments refunded for cancelled or returned items are credited back to the original payment source (Razorpay/UPI) within 24–48 banking hours. For COD orders, refund is issued via instant UPI transfer or SCOTT store wallet balance.
